Kerry Bandewie is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer and Comprehensive Certified Pilates Trainer. She holds certifications with ACSM, Tabata Boot Camp, Silver Sneakers, and TRX. With over 12 years of personal training and group fitness experience Kerry is passionate about helping others discover the benefits of regular exercise. To keep things interesting, Kerry implements a variety of exercise options including Pilates reformer, TRX, kettle bells, RIP trainer. ACTIVMOTION, weight training and more to allow every client to find their preferred way to fitness!
