Group Fitness Classes with Kerry

Less "Boot Camp" and more like "Fun Camp"

This supportive group of women meets Wednesdays and Fridays 8:15 am - 9:00 am, usually outdoors. In 45 minutes we do circuits for all levels of fitness that address all aspects of fitness....and we laugh a lot! Contact Kerry for more information.

Aqua Fitness

Lake Hogan Farms residents can take advantage of Aqua Fitness Classes at the pool during summer. Next scheduled classes are July 8  and 22 at 9:00 am. This 45 minute shallow water workout is for all levels of exercisers. An energizing class that touches on all aspects of fitness from cardio to muscle conditioning and everything in between. Cost is $10. All ages and levels of ability are welcome.  No experience necessary – this can be your first class ever. Class is taught in intervals, allowing you to work at your own pace.   Water shoes are recommended but not necessary.
